SHIPPING POLICY
Where we ship We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
Production time Every piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2-7 business days before your order ships.
Shipping time
- Standard shipping: 9-12 business days after production
- Express shipping: 2-4 business days after production (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Total estimated delivery time is production time plus shipping time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping delays Occasionally, production or shipping may take longer than estimated due to high demand or carrier delays. We'll notify you by email if your order is significantly delayed.
Lost in transit If tracking shows your package is lost in transit and cannot be located, you're eligible for a free reshipment or full refund, as long as you contact us at info@ravnveil.com within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We may ask you to confirm that the shipping address was entered correctly and to check with your local post office, as this helps us investigate the claim. Please note that processing may take a little longer while the claim is being investigated.
Delivered but not received If tracking information shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we are unable to offer a reshipment or refund. In this case, we recommend contacting your local carrier or post office directly, as they may have additional delivery details (e.g., left with a neighbor or at a secure location).
