REFUND POLICY
At RAVNVEIL, every cloak is cut and sewn only after you place your order. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please use our size guide on every product page before ordering.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@ravnveil.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a free repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, depending on the nature of the defect.
Order cancellations Because production begins shortly after you order, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your piece may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Wrong or missing items If you received the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact info@ravnveil.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
